Either way, you’re not losing what you already have.

• 13. What happens if I cancel? Do I lose everything?

  You keep everything you own: your Google Business Profile, customer data, reviews, phone number, and your original website. What you lose is access to the Homerun system — the new website we built, the CRM, the automation tools, and the follow-up systems. If you had your old website, it stays live. If we built on a new domain, that site goes offline but you still have everything else.
